Britain is building, and the beds are not there
The government's Infrastructure Pipeline, updated in March 2026, lists around 734 projects and £718 billion of investment over the next decade, and the trades who build them have to sleep somewhere. We hold houses and apartments across England, and we take on more wherever a contract outgrows its local supply. Tell us the site postcode and the headcount, and we will show you what we have nearby.
What crews want is simple: their own bed, somewhere to park a van, a kitchen big enough to cook for a few people, a washing machine and Wi-Fi that works. Bed linen and towels are supplied, with a cleaner as often as you want one. Block bookings for teams, rotating crews and stays from a month to a year are all normal for us.
Gas safety, electrical (EICR) and public liability certificates are available for every home on request.
Suffolk coast
Houses and a cottage in Saxmundham, Framlingham, Halesworth, Little Glemham and Lowestoft, from two to six bedrooms, all with parking.
Whole houses for crews working along the coast, on block bookings, rotating shifts or stays from a month to a year.

Our nearest homes are 17 one-bedroom apartments at Clyde House in Milton Keynes, with more in Deanshanger and St Neots. That is a start, not enough, so Bedfordshire is where we are actively taking on property. Contractors and supply-chain partners who expect to need beds here should tell us headcount and start dates now.
Contractors need whole houses, set up for single occupancy or sharing, Monday to Friday or seven days, with one invoice per house. Bedford, Kempston, Wixams, Wootton, Ampthill, Flitwick and Marston Moretaine are the places we are looking in.
