A small Essex company that looks after the homes it lets

Renovest started with a handful of our own apartments in Ipswich, Felixstowe and Cambridge, let to people who needed somewhere for a month or a season rather than a night. The guests were families waiting for a home to be repaired after a flood, engineers on secondment, and crews working on the coast. They wanted the same things: a clean, warm home with everything in it, and someone who answers the phone.

That is still the business. We now manage 62 apartments and houses in 27 towns, most of them for landlords who trust us to treat their property as our own. We furnish and equip every home to the same standard, clean between every stay, and inspect regularly. When something breaks, we fix it, because we are the ones who get the call.

We work with insurance relocation specialists, corporate travel managers and contractor accommodation platforms, and directly with companies and site teams. We come back quickly, we are honest about availability, and we do not list what we cannot deliver.

Renovest is run by Kadir Zurel and Ayesha Sahadew from Essex. Kadir handles bookings and guests; Ayesha runs operations, compliance and landlord relationships.
